stores the following data associated with your Facebook authorization: your basic profile (name and user ID), encrypted access tokens, the list of ad accounts / Pages / pixels you chose to manage, and the campaign configuration and performance data synchronized from those ad accounts. You can request deletion of this data at any time using any of the methods below. 存储与你的 Facebook 授权相关的以下数据:基础资料(姓名与用户 ID)、加密的访问令牌、你选择托管的广告账户/主页/像素列表,以及从这些广告账户同步的广告配置与投放数据。你可以随时通过以下任一方式申请删除。

Method 1: Remove the app on Facebook (automatic deletion)方式一:在 Facebook 侧移除本应用(自动删除)

1. Log in to Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.登录 Facebook,进入「设置与隐私 → 设置」。
2. Open Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).打开「商务整合」(或「应用和网站」)。
3. Find in the list and click Remove.在列表中找到 ,点击「移除」。
4. When removing, you can also check the option asking the app to delete your data. Meta will send us an automated data deletion request; we will delete the data associated with your authorization and provide a confirmation code and a status page where you can track the result.移除时可勾选"要求应用删除你的数据"。Meta 会向我们发送自动化的数据删除请求;我们将删除与你的授权相关的数据,并提供确认编码与可查询处理进度的状态页面。

Method 2: Disconnect inside the Service方式二:在本服务内断开授权

1. Sign in to .登录 。
2. Go to the Facebook authorization settings page and click Disconnect. The access token is invalidated immediately.进入 Facebook 授权设置页,点击「断开连接」,访问令牌将立即失效。
3. If you also want the synchronized data removed, submit a deletion request as described in Method 3.如需一并删除已同步的数据,请按方式三提交删除请求。

Method 3: Email request方式三:邮件申请

1. Send an email to with the subject "Data Deletion Request".向 发送主题为"数据删除请求"的邮件。
2. Include your Facebook name / user ID or the ad account IDs concerned, so we can locate the data.请注明你的 Facebook 姓名/用户 ID 或相关广告账户 ID,以便我们定位数据。
3. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.我们将在 30 天内完成删除并邮件回复确认。

What gets deleted删除范围

• Your access tokens and authorization records (invalidated and purged).你的访问令牌与授权记录(立即失效并清除)。
• Your basic profile information stored by the Service.本服务存储的你的基础资料信息。
• Data synchronized from your ad accounts, unless retention is required by law (e.g. financial records) — in which case it is retained only for the legally required period.从你的广告账户同步的数据;法律法规要求保留的除外(如财务记录),该类数据仅在法定期限内保留。
